Our Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase,, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
*Please note the delivery charge will not be refunded.
The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund or exchange.
All items must be fit for re-sale, unworn with tags in place.
When returning your item you can send by An post and it would be advisable to use tracked post.
If there are any items damaged during returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.
We aim to refund your payment within 3-5 working days of receiving your item. Your refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive a confirmation via Text/ Email confirming this. If you have not received your refund into your account after more than 14 days, please show confirmation to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process all banks differ in process time so please allow up to at least 7 working days.
You will need to pay the return postage costs, unless the item is faulty.
We also recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a proof of posting, until the parcel is received by us it remains your responsibility.
Returns are usually processed on the day they are received back but please allow up to 14 days for refunds to show up on your account. This depends on how long your bank or card issuer takes to process the refund on their side and it’s something we have no control over.
Please ensure that you include your invoice with your name, order number and contact details. You can then bring your parcel to your nearest post office.
